The role covers synthesis-route design, experimental execution, and process optimization to improve yield, electrochemical performance, scale-up readiness, and application stability.

Responsible for the daily operation, parameter tuning, and process stability of five-in-one and seven-in-one water-electrolysis membrane electrode packaging processes, including roll lamination, hot pressing, flat pressing and defoaming, and UV curing. Ensure sealing quality, including gas tightness, bond strength, and zero residual bubbles, and troubleshoot cracking, delamination, and leakage during production.
